The Family Gathering/ Youth Group
Sunday evening the youth of our church and the community gather in the Fellowship Hall for dinner at 6 PM, followed by a period of fun and games and Bible Study and prayer.
During the year, the Family Gathering participated in many service projects for the church and community. During 2010-2011 they earned enough to purchase a bulletproof vest for Ringo the Avon Park Police dog. An ongoing project is the collecting of aluminum tops for the purchase of craft supplies for the Shrine Children’s Hospital.
